Price rises
Unfortunately the cost of living has risen for all of us. We have taken the decision to increase prices from Jan 2026 in order to cover costs. Current prices will remain unchanged if you are already on treatment, for the duration of your treatment. See price list for details.
Name change
Jen has just married the lovely Nick and has become a Bowden! Her current email address will remain the same for the time being.

current covid-19 advice
We are open, but are remaining cautious with regards to C19. We still use masks and PPE when necessary, and request that if you are unwell that you reschedule your appointment. Use the contact form to book appointments and we will be happy to talk you through the new processes via email or on the phone. We aim to respond to queries within 24 hours Mon- Fri. If you have not seen a response within that time, then please check your 'spam' or 'junk' folder.
medical acupuncture - change to insurance

The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) is no longer prepared to insure physiotherapists for acupuncture over the 'thorax' (chest). If you are interested in having acupuncture, we will discuss this with you prior to booking.

Insurance
We no longer work with insurance companies other than WPA. We continue to work with 'The Seafarers Hospital Society', for Fishers and Merchant Navy personnel, and 'Empower Core Programs CIC' for women who are struggling in pregnancy or afterwards. Please use the relevant tabs for more details.
Parking charges
Council car parks are not charged for in Seaton over the winter, from October until March. This is subject to change, and you should always check prior to leaving your car. If you need to park on our driveway, please let us know beforehand so that we can make sure that there is space.
